No-Coaching
This plan is for anyone who is familiar with self management of health issues. You have confident in your abilities to recognize what your body is telling you and you can adapt the treatment accordingly.
Quick-Coaching
A one day coaching reservation. This plan is for you when you want some help with the first steps. You can ask as many questions related to the treatment. These will be answered during an 48 period; which means that questions during the night will be answered the following day.
Intensive-Coaching
If you need some coaching, encouragement or someone to help you out with new habits forming, then this is the plan for you. you get access to a month intensive e-mail, chat or voice mail coaching. You can ask questions that help you develop the right mindset to empower your extra health strategies.
