Freedom to Fail
In a world so obsessed with the top of the pyramid and exceptionalism; I decided to allow myself to fail as often as I needed in order to learn from it. Each time something doesn’t work, I just learned something and change something. GAIA or mother earth has done so for billions of years. A slow process, not instant gratification, nothing of the sort. Pure raw living and move on.
That freedom without formats, without expectations allows me to let my authentic voice flow. No more writer’s blocks. The ancestors will guide me on this journey. Because, it just bubbles up to the surface.
Anyway, looking back someone told me that setting up a company is very hard. Others compare entrepreneurship like a marriage. I prefer to compare it like seeding the future. You won’t get a mature tree in just one year? You don’t get an adult child, because you want to skip a step. From that perspective, I have all the time to make it work and fail often. Perfectionism is not the way. Seeds lie dormant for years, they are the most patient entities on the planet.
Thus here is what I decided to do:
– Help others clarify their goals
– Help others struggling with the same issues as I am
– Not pursuing perfectionism ( okay is good enough)
– Inclusive representatism, that is pursuing my goals while caring for other’s goals.
Now that may mean that others have a hard time understanding what I am doing and building. That’s okay, I am not rushing. A new social network, that will redefine the social contract is worth waiting for. It takes time to build out of many small failures
