Sometimes my sleep isn’t just sleep. Sometimes it means I take the tiredness with me in my dreams. And while I sleep my brains won’t stop thinking ‘I’m so tired’. That’s really strange but true.

I’m awake now; but every cell in my body tells me of the tiredness – of the longing for more energetic oxygen. One thing I learned from this is that energy is related to the distribution of other hormones. Without their balance I will never get that feeling back. That’s a wake up call.
